What we collect

• Account and profile data you provide (email, username, name).
• EA Builder strategies and chat conversations you create or have while using the builder.
• Conversations with the general site chat widget (the assistant bubble available site-wide).
• Session cookies needed to keep you signed in.

Why

To provide the service itself -- your saved strategies and resumable chat history exist so you can pick up where you left off. We also manually review EA Builder and chat-widget conversations to improve the AI assistant's accuracy. This review is manual, done on request, not an automated training pipeline.

Retention

• EA Builder strategies and chat sessions are kept as long as your account exists, or until you delete that specific item.
• General chat widget conversations are kept 90 days and then automatically deleted.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies today.
