Volume Profile Bounce
Trades reversals at Point of Control levels.
How it works
Volume Profile Bounce leans on the VolumeProfile indicator's Point of Control (POC) - the price level with the most traded volume in a given window - and trades bounces off that level, a classic mean-reversion read: price returning to POC after moving away from it often finds buyers or sellers there again.
It's the most purely mean-reversion-oriented strategy of the 11, in contrast to the trend- and breakout-following strategies elsewhere in the suite.
Best for: Range-bound conditions where price oscillates repeatedly around a well-defined Point of Control rather than trending away from it.
